She's a reseller 💅 sells digital products. Every item on this store is a supplier contact list and sourcing guide, delivered to you as a document immediately after purchase. Because of that, this policy works differently to a returns policy for physical goods.
Digital content and your right to cancel
Your order is digital content supplied instantly. By completing checkout you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you lose the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Once your document has been sent, the order is complete and cannot be cancelled because you have changed your mind.
When we will refund you
We will refund you in full if:
- you paid and did not receive your document;
- the document is incomplete, corrupted or unreadable and we cannot supply a working copy;
- the supplier details we provided are not reachable or are no longer trading, and we cannot supply a working replacement;
- you were charged more than once for the same order.
When we cannot refund you
- You have changed your mind after receiving your document.
- You bought a supplier that was already included in a bundle you own.
- You are unhappy with a supplier's own prices, stock levels, minimum order quantities, lead times or delivery.
- You did not make a particular level of sales or profit. We provide contacts and guidance, not a guaranteed income.
We cannot take back information once it has been sent, which is why change-of-mind refunds are not possible on these products.
How to request a refund
Email desireknowledge@mail.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and usually take 5 to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
